XD They were built for my Maristella/Oasis Springs project, but of course you can do whatever you want with them! The Mojito Starter is just under 20K (the Sim was transferred from another household, so those were her starting funds), and the Mojave Homestead is just under 18,500 (for a Sim right out of CAS).
